I get 60 min of exercise a day. I go to ballet 4 times a week for 1 hour and 30 min of weekdays and 3 hours on weekends.Also, I get a 5 block, morning run every day to catch the public which brings me to my yellow bus.
Everyday I go to FuelUpToPlay60. It is fun and I always track what I eat and do.
I mostly walk everyday for a total of 15 min.
